Commemorative Cookbook- "Heart of the House"

In support of our 25th Anniversary, we are producing a commemorative Cookbook entitled "Heart of the House"

The Cookbook will feature six local chefs and their featured recipes from six different restaurants around the city. The Cookbookwill also include special recipes from celebrities, House volunteers, and families who have stayed at Ronald McDonald House^® Southern Alberta (Calgary) over the last 25 years.

We are currently looking for original recipes for dips and spreads, appetizers, entrées, outdoor eating, and desserts.

We are looking for accessible, simple, comfort food recipes that will serve between four to eight people.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING RECIPES IS FRIDAY, APRIL 30, 2010!

Final entries will be judged by a team including Ronald McDonald House^® Southern Alberta family, local celebrity, volunteer, media personnel, and John Gilchrist.

Cookbooks will be available for purchase in October 2010.
